Winter Plumbing Tips

During the winter it is important to remember that even in the most modern homes if pipes are not lagged they stand the chance of freezing.
The frozen water in the pipes expands and splits the pipe.
Make sure all your pipes are well lagged with the correct foam lagging. Also ensure that all dripping taps and cisterns are repaired as this can also prevent freezing.
